• Respond to your comments and questions
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our service
• Comply with legal obligations
3. Advertising (Basic Plan)
If you subscribe to the Strymi Basic plan, you will see advertisements during content playback. We use Google Ad Manager to serve these ads. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your interests. Premium and Founders Pass subscribers never see advertisements.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising by visiting Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

• Law enforcement when required by law
• Other parties with your consent
All third-party service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days before deletion, in case you wish to reactivate. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@strymi.com.
6. Cookies
Strymi uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how our service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of Strymi.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
