By accessing or using Strymi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of Strymi.

Strymi offers three subscription plans: • Basic ($7.99/month) — HD streaming, 2 devices, includes advertisements • Premium ($12.99/month) — 4K streaming, no ads, Live TV, Sports, Strymi Originals, 4 devices • Founders Pass ($119.99/year) — Everything in Premium plus exclusive benefits, 6 devices All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until after your trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. You authorize Strymi to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@strymi.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree to use Strymi only for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: • Share your account credentials with others outside your household • Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions • Download, copy, or redistribute any content from Strymi • Attempt to circumvent any content protection measures • Use the service for any commercial purpose without written permission • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our applications

All content available on Strymi, including movies, series, and Strymi Originals, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. Strymi Originals are the exclusive property of Strymi LLC. All rights reserved.

Basic plan subscribers will see advertisements during content playback. These ads are served by third-party advertising networks including Google Ad Manager. Premium and Founders Pass subscribers will not see advertisements. Strymi is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Your use of Strymi is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Strymi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strymi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of Strymi after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
